1. All models equipped with unique six tie bar design on fixed platen for extra support and strength. Tie bars and surface guides are nitrided. 2. We provide two-stage injection with adjustable speed for P90 and below, intensifier for P130 and above. 3. All of our die platens are casting steel for durability. 4. Our controls use the Mitsubishi FX-2N PLC and the Hakko V708SD 8.5" operator colour interface touch screen of Japan. 5. The hydraulic pumps and solenoid valves of our machines are Tokimec of Japan. 6. Our toggle linkage and moving platen uses oil-less bushings with 300,000 cycles before requiring greasing. 7. Our gooseneck sleeves are nitrided and accurately ground at 25,000 RPM to achieve +0~+0.01 mm tolerance. 8. Because the gooseneck, gooseneck sleeve, nozzle and nozzle tip are immersed in the molten metal below the surface, it is difficult for porosity to occur in the casting. This also saves additional energy by eliminating the sharp angles of the European design. 9. Bladder type accumulator for die clamping end and piston type accumulator for injection end to assure vitally high velocity and stable pressure for P130 and above.
